I’ve finished reading my first book of the year! It took me too long, but a lot of things have been going on on my life, so this is really an accomplishment to me.

If, like me, you’re not sleeping much latelty for whatever reason, please don’t, I repeat, DO NOT read this book, or the anxiety it’ll cause you will make you sleep even less.

Jokes aside, I’ve enjoyed this book, I can’t believe the first book I’ve read is a non fiction book, but I feel like a flew through it and I learned some interesting facts about sleep and its importance. The book is filled with easy examples of studies and experimentations that make easier the comprehension of all the facts, its written in a very accesible way for everybody, and it even has advices on how to get better sleep at the end of the book.

I know I’ve not retained everything that I’d like to about this book (due, among other things, to the fact that I haven’t been sleeping enough, and sleep and learning are extremely related as you learn in the book), so I would like to read it again sometime again in the future.
