Hi! New month, new TBR, I’m not reading as much as I’ like to, but I’m reading much more than last year so I’m quite happy to be finally coming out of my reading slump, so these are the books I’d like to read on May:
- ‘The Lost Metal’ by Brandon Sanderson, I wanted to read it last month but I didn’t, so it has to be this month, I feel I’m going to love it!
- ‘The Thursday Murder Club’ by Richard Osman, I started this book months ago and I think I got until page 50 or so, I’m not really invested in this book so far but I want to continue reading it to see if I like it or if I have to DNF it.
- ‘Tress of the Emerald Sea’ by Brandon Sanderson, this is the first of his ‘secret projects’, he’s already released the second one so I have to start reading them and get on track with his secret projects.
- ‘The Son of Neptune’ by Rick Riordan, I’m rereading this series, it’s amazing, I’m having a good time with it, it’s light, funny easy to read…I love it!
- ‘A Taste for Poison’ by Neil Bradbury, this is my non fiction for this month, it’s about different substances and how certain people used them to murder, I find this interesting, maybe I’m weird? I don’t know but I’m really looking forward to read this book.
- ‘A Prayer for the Crown-Shy’ by Becky Chambers, the second book of the Monk and the Robot duology, it’s a short story but it’s so good! My favourite short story so far.
- ‘Saga vol.2’ by Brian K. Vaughan, I’m trying to read comics/magas to see if I’ into that format of reading too, so far I read Saga vol.1 and it was not bad, so I’m going to continue with it.
- ‘North and South’ by Elizabeth Gaskell, this is my classic for this month, I started it in previous months but I read very little, I hope I can finish it this month, and if not at least make some good progress on it.
- ‘Attack on Titan vol.I” by Hajime Isayama, I wanted to read it las month but I coudn’t so I’ll read it on May.
What would you like to read on May?
