I’ve been missing here lately, but I had a good reason…I adopted a baby! Well…a dog baby, the only kind of baby I’d like to have…
I got him from an animal shelter, he’s almost 7 months old and I named him Sirius (for Sirius Black). I already had a dog, a little 11-year-old girl, which is having a bad time adjusting to the new dog, but I hope it’s only a matter of time they get along better, and I’m sure thing will get better in a few months when Sirius grows up and he’ll no longer be a puppy, because right now he’s just full of energy and he’s a bit brute.
I’ve been thinking about getting another dog for a long time, I didn’t care the age of the new dog, I just wanted it to be male, because Kitty gets along better with male dogs than with other female dogs, I visited the animal shelter and at first I thought Sirius was too big for me, but I just fell in love with him, I went home and I couldn’t stop thinking about him, so I finally adopted him, it’s going to be a lot of work the first few months, but it will be worth it, and I already love him with all my heart!
