A few days ago I finished reading ‘Ruin and Rising’ by Leigh Bardugo, it has taken me longer than I expected to finish this trilogy, and I’m kind of ‘meh’ about it.
I feel I can’t talk much about the book beacuse, being the last book of a trilogy, anything I say may be a spoiler, but I’ll tell you that, even though I liked something unexpected that happens at the end, I wasn’t really pleased to see that after all the struggles and loses against the super powerful Darkling, he loses the way he does.
I don’t know exactly how I feel about this trilogy, I didn’t hate or dislike it, I guess it’s ok, but just ok. I think ‘Six of Crows’ is so much better.
