At this point I even feel ashamed of posting this…but here I am once again writing about the books that I’d like to read but that I probably won’t…I’ll do my best, but I won’t promise anything, I just hope I can get over this awful reading slump soon. So, these are the books that I’d really like to read this month:
- ‘The Tennant of Wildfell Hall’ by Anne Brontë, I’ve already started this book and I’m enjoying it so far, I’m pretty confident that I’ll be able to finish it by the end of this month
- ‘How not to die’ by Dr. Michael Greger, I’ve been dragging this book for months…it’s not that I don’t like it, I do like it, I think it’s very interesting, but I don’t know why I just can’t get myself to read it…hopefully this month will be the month I finish this book!
- ‘Sunreach’ by Brandon Sanderson, this is a novella that you have to read between books two and three of the Skyward series, so I’ll read this in order to be able to read the third book.
- ‘Dark Matter’ by Blake Crouch, I read ‘Recursion’ by this author at the beginning of the year and that book got me hooked until the end, so I’ve been wanting to read something else by this author and I heard this one is pretty good too.
- ‘Inferno’ by Dan Brown, a friend of mine gave me this book because it’s his favourite book and he wants me to read it, he gave it to me a few months ago, so I hope I can read it this month.
- ‘Parable of the Sower’ by Otavia E. Butler, I heard this author is pretty good and I want to read this book as part of Emily Fox bookclub, she really loves this author so I’m nervous to see what I think of her books!
