I love working out, it’s been part of my routine for a lot of years, I go to the gym, but most of the times I work out at home, some days is more convenient for me to do a home workout, plus is affordable for everybody since you only need to have an internet connexion. Today I wanted to share with you my favourite four Youtube channels to work out at home.
I love this channel, I do every single one of her workouts, she’s so energetic and her workouts are challenging but fun, I never get bored working out with her and I always feel like a super woman when I finish her workouts. She has both bodyweight workouts and workouts with different materials like dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells…
Anna uploads mostly bodyweight workout, more focused on cardio and HIIT, but she also has some nice dumbell workouts, everybody can do her workouts and she has modifications for beginners too. I’d say her workouts are easier than Kaykay’s but she has some tough ones too.
I love this human being! Her worouts are always around 30 minutes long, she uses fun movements and has some mobility workouts too. Her shiny personality will brighten your day too! Plus she also has videos about mental health and eating disorders.
Penny has some powerful workouts too! Usually with dumbells or other kind of material like resistance bands but she also has some challenging bodyweight workouts too! As with Kaykay, I always feel so strong when I finish her workouts!
