Hi! One of my favourite online fitness instructor is releasing a new challenge in her Youtube channel, is free and it has beginner modifications for every exercise so is available for everybody.
– Day 1 – The first day was a 35 min full body strenght, cardio and abs workout, with dumbells, it was fun and pretty achievable in my opinion, a nice and smooth start to the challenge.
– Day 2 – This was a 35 min cardio with light dumbells workout, I did it first thing in the morning and it was a great way to start my day, in my opinion this was more challenging than day 1, even though it was cardio, I ended up sweaty and happy ☺
– Day 3 – Today was a 35 min full body AMRAP strength circuits, I have to say, I hate AMRAP…I didn’t want to do this workout when I saw it was an AMRAP, but I did it, and I’m proud I did it (and I secretly hope there isn’t many more AMRAP workouts in this challenge…)
– Day 4 – 35 min Full body strenght cardio and abs, I felt this workout was easier to me, it was still fun though.
– Day 5 – Well…day 4 was a 35 min upper body workout, I hate upper body workouts, I like to work my upper body in like full body workouts, yoga, etc, but I hate workouts that work only the upper body, I have to confess that I even thought about skipping today’s workout, but I’m going to force myself the only upper body workouts of this challenge.
– Day 6 – 30 min legs and booty workout, lower body workouts are my favourites, Kat also incorporate mobility and stability exercises that makes it more interesting.
– Day 7 – 30 min Bodyweight mobility and strenght flow, today was a more chilled workout, it had some stretching, mobility and some strenght exercises, even though it was like a more chilled workout, there were some moves that were challenging, I enjoyed this day.
This first week has been a good start to this challenge, I managed to do all the workouts, I hope the next week the intensity increase a bit, let’s go for the second week!
