I love to exercise, I consider myself a physically active person, I try to move everyday in some way. I like to go to the gym, but a lot of days I like to work out at home too, so I wanted to show the excercise equipment I gathered over the years.

  • Rubber bands, I have both long and short rubber bands with different intensities, I think rubber bands are a good accessory to work out since they provide resistance, aren’r expensive and you can take them easily with you when you travel.
  • Weights, I have one set of small dumbbells and two other dumbbells with discs of different weights.
  • An excersise mat, I use the same to do yoga and to work out.
  • A stepper, this isn’t essential at all, I bought it years ago, but with the high amount of walking I do now in my everyday life I don’t even use it.

Of course you can do amazing workouts with just your body weight, but these are things that I like to use in my workouts too.
