Last week I made this apple cinnamon cake, my father gave me some apples from his garden, he always gives me too many so I used some of the apples in recipes and this is one of them, it’s easy and quick, full of fall flavours, I hope you like it.
Apple and cinnamon upside down cake
Ingredients
- 60 gr Butter
- 50 gr Erythritol
- 2 Eggs
- 120 gr Oat flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 125 ml Milk
- 1 Apple
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180ÂșC.
- Melt the butter and mix it with the erythritol, vanilla and milk.
- Then, add the eggs and mix it well.
- Finally, add the oat flour, cinnamon and baking powder and mix everything well.
- Cut an apple into slices and place them on the bottom of the baking mold you're going to use, then pour the batter on top of the apple slices and bake it for aproximately 35 min. Then let it cool, unmold and enjoy!
