Hi! Today I wanted to write a ‘What I eat in a day’ post, I always see this kind of content in video format, but I thought it would be nice to create this kind of content here in my blog too, so I hope you like it!

7 am – I had a chocolate protein shake before going to the gym, this brand tastes good and it has 20 gr of protein per bottle.

9:30 am – I went out for breakfast with my sister, I had a toast with greens, avocado, cherry tomatos and an egg, an orange juice and coffe with milk. It was so good, I was so full after that breakfast. At 12 pm I had a green tea, but I forgot to take a picture.

2 pm – For lunch I had chickpeas with different vegetables: green beans, bulgur, cherry tomatoes, pepper and onion.

5 pm – I was getting a bit hungry so I had an apple and a little bit of dark chocolate.

9 pm- For dinner I had red lentil pasta with homemade pumpkin sauce, this recipe is an experiment I did, it turned out ok, maybe I post the recipe here later.
