The other week I made this delicious chocolate cake, it requires only two ingredients and it’s easy to make, so I wanted to share the recipe. You can make it as it is or you can decorate a little, I used melted chocolate, blackberries and raspberries, the fruits gave it a nice touch, I think it could go well with strawberries as well. I hope you enjoy it!

2-ingredient chocolate cake

Ingredients

  • 100 gr Chocolate (I used dark chocolate but you can use mil chocolate if you want it sweeter)
  • 4 Eggs
  • Optional Fruit

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 170ÂșC.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and set aside.
  • Separate de egg whites from the egg yolks. and whisk the ehh whites until they become very stiff, and set aside.
  • Mix the melted chocolate with the egg yolks stirring constantly, it's important to stir constantly because if not the egg yolks are going to get cooked and you'll end up with some king of chocolaty scramble eggs.
  • Add the whisked egg whites little by little and mixing carefully with folding movements.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, let it cool, unmold and, if you want to, decorate as you wish, I used more melted chocolate and some blackberries and raspberries.
